Job Duties: Respond to Customers contacts via telephone, email, and online chat.Manage all refunds and Exchanges are completed with the operation timeframes.All Repairs sent via shops are processed within the operational timeframe.Ensure that all iCreate queries are passed to the correct Sales Representative.Manage all Re-Orders with the relevant teams.Ensure that all sample requests and sorted and sent out on time to the customers.Achievement of operational KPIs. Proactively resolve issues with internal decision makers.Participate in all job training and coaching. Adhere to Health and Safety regulations at all times. Ensure good working relations with colleagues. Ensure that company polices are adhered to always, this includes Equal Opportunities Policy, Harassment Policy, Health and Safety Policy and Training Policy.Any other reasonable duties requested.
Qualifications / Experience: Proven experience working in a customer service environment.GSCE Level of Education including Maths and English.Strong computer skills. Ability to work on own initiative.A positive attitude.The ability to work as part of a team and promote harmonious relationships.Good organisational and time management skills.Ability to work shift patterns. Ability to work in a fast-moving environment and to be deadline driven. Clear communication both verbally and in written.
