Job Duties: The employer is: CHANNEL WHARF MANAGEMENT LTD.As a company we keep customer service at the heart of it, as such your role will be to liaise directly with clients to ensure that they are receiving an exceptional service. You will be responsible for contacting existing clients to arrange and confirm appointments with our Financial Planner and ensure they are kept up to date with the outcome of those meetings. You will also be an initial point of contact for those clients. Within this you will be responsible for documenting and keeping those within the company informed of the outcome of such communications.You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.
Qualifications / Experience: You will be able to demonstrate exceptional customer service/front of house skills. As you will have contact with clients, it is essential that you are professional and confident in dealing with third parties, you enjoy dealing with people, have excellent communication skills and can work with total discretion. Essential Qualifications:5 GCSEs A to C (including Maths & English) or equivalent.
