Job Duties: To manage and control the patient experience projects to ensure it is delivered within specified timescales across the TrustTo work with staff to ensure the effective management and delivery of projects including performance management and evaluation, which will include working with other key stakeholders external to the Trust.

Qualifications / Experience: University degree or a recognised equivalent professional qualification in an discipline AND worked for at least 2 years at Band 6 level or above or equivalent in a relevant fieldORHND or recognised equivalent professional qualification AND worked for at least 3 years at Band 6 level or equivalent or above in a relevant fieldORWorked for at least 5 years at Band 6 level or equivalent or above in a relevant field**A relevant field is from the list Quality Improvement, Project Management, Patient Experience or Public and Patient/Client Involvement
