Job Duties: The employer is: JP CORRYDay to day you can expect to be kept busy interacting with customers, answering queries, carrying out stock counts, placing customer orders, and not forgetting the most important sales. You will get the chance to learn about the products we sell, the importance of team work, health & safety and good housekeeping.You will be shadowing colleagues dealing with a number of our customers, and with time be able to offer advice & support. The day will be busy and you can expect a lot of banter with both your team and your customers as you work. You will learn how to provide great service and will get a chance to work as part of a team. You will develop skills in communication both face to face and over the phone. In 6 months' time you can expect to know the basics of merchanting, the importance of Health & Safety, customer service and our computer system for taking customer orders & payment.You will be entitled to annual leave during this Job opportunity.
