Job Duties: The Employer is: COMPASS ADVOCACY NETWORK LTD.To work alongside & provide one to one support for trainees in recycling activities.To be responsible for the creation of written procedures & future updates for all production procedures.Responsible for compound e.g. all donated waste being allocated to the correct area & informing staff of amounts of waste & finish product stored there.Observe all safety rules & hygiene standards to ensure that the work areas, compound & equipment are left in a clean state.Provide cover for staff & trainees on any of the recycling activities.Treat stake holders in a courteous & respectful manner.To carry out all duties in compliance with CANs health & safety policy & statutory requirements.Maintain strict code of confidentiality.To carry out any other duties falling reasonably within the competence & capability of the post holder.You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience: GCSE Maths and English.Experience of Microsoft packages.Practical and creative individual.Good communication/ interpersonal skills.Good organisational and administration skills.Ability to communicate and motivate self and learners in challenging surroundings.
