Job Duties: Achieve high levels of outbound calls/email activity to existing contract customers with the aim of renewing their service contract for the next period.Driving customers to move to direct debit payment plans.Achieving and maintaining current service level agreements.Daily retention activities ¿ implementing customer retention strategies to increase loyalty and retain business. Retrieving and recording customer feedback, to report on findings and trends.Checking any late payments and collecting any outstanding payments due in a warm and approachable manner.Liaise with other departments such as the Account Management teams, credit control or other sales operations as required.Promote the highest possible standards of health, safety, environmental, quality and product compliance, ensuring that compliance is an integral part of the business and our requirements and procedures.

Qualifications / Experience: Essential CriteriaFive GCSE passes (or equivalent) including English and MathsPrevious sales experience is essential with a proven individual sales recordProven and demonstrable negotiation skills coupled with the ability to 'close' the sale with a level of professionalism.Excellent telephone manner and communication skills both verbal and writtenProven track record at delivering results in a timely and professional mannerAbility to manage information and process in accurate and timely fashionExcellent organisational and planning skillsStrong customer focus and attention to detailAbility to work on own initiative and as part of a teamAbility to work under pressureExcellent IT SkillsDesirable CriteriaDegree Level educationOutbound Sales ExperienceExperience dealing with retention of customers
