Job Duties: You will help our customers by:Making a positive impact on every customer transaction, efficiently and effectivelyProblem solving and building excellent relationships over the telephone/ online, and providing a friendly, timely and professional serviceBuilding real connections, being dedicated to offering the highest customer's serviceKeeping up to date with each days live sporting eventsWe are here for our customers, during sporting events, so you'll need to be flexible and commit to working a rotating work patternYour hours of work will be between 9:00am to 9:30pm Monday to Friday and 8.00am to 9:30pm on Saturday and Sunday

Qualifications / Experience: GCSE Maths and English, grade C or above, or equivalent.Customer care experience. Must be numerate and have excellent telephone and customer service skills.Computer literate in Microsoft Office packages.Keen interest in sport.
