Job Duties: The Employer is: ULSTER SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT LTD (USEL).Loading shredders, balers and lorries with various recycling products.Complete all daily / user operational checks on machinery used.Breaking down mattresses into their various components.Sorting and baling carpet for onward distribution.Sorting and baling DMR for onward distribution.The lifting of material around site using a fork truck.Other site housekeeping duties as required.Following operating procedures as per ISO 9001-2015.Being aware of and adhering to all Usel's Policies and Procedures.Working with various recycling materials as required by the job.You will be entitled to annual leave during this opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience: Essential:A team player with good inter-personal skills and a flexible attitude.Self-motivated and the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.Keen to develop skills in line with the needs of a growing business.Demonstrate competency and safe operation of fork lifts and other machinery as and when required.A clear understanding of Health & Safety compliance.To be aware of and adhere to all Usel's Policies and Procedures.
