Job Duties: The employer is: ARMAAN RESALES LTD.Acting as the first point of contact for clients within your portfolio, you will be required to be knowledgeable about the products and services on offer, enabling you to advise clients accordingly and resolve any issues which may arise promptly and professionally. Your primary focus will be helping existing customers in Europe and USA via email, telephone, and virtual meetings. Assisting clients manage their online selling accounts.Assisting clients in creating online selling accounts in various countries.Assisting clients in growing their online selling platforms and stores.Delivering exceptional one to one service to each of your clients.Liaising with the development team through Skype and Video conferences to deliver a completed solution to each client, within strict timescales.Liaising with the Sales team through webchat and email, to acquire new clients.You will be entitled to annual leave during this Job opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience: Great communications Skills (both written and oral).Experience using email tools in a professional environment.Experience of supporting customer requirements and managing customer accounts. Experience on the phone.Ability to work within a team, and on their own.Problem solving skills. Ability to solve solutions. Previous experience building rapport with customers. Building strong and enduring working relationships.Excellent attention to detail. Problem analysis. Experience of working to and meeting targets/deadlines.
