Qualifications / Experience: Customer Service experience essentialVeterinary, pharmaceutical and or agricultural industry knowledge beneficialExcellent interpersonal, communication, analytical and influencing skillsEvidence of strong educational performance in Maths and EnglishMust have excellent computer and keyboard skillsKnowledge of sage would be beneficial
