Job Duties: The employer is: SEE.SENSE (LIMEFORGE LTD).Duties will include:Communicating to multiple teams in order to resolve issues and improve services/products.Quick to understand existing company processes with the ability and confidence to improve them in future.Very good proficiency with spreadsheets and the ability to learn new systems/programmes.Dealing with customers courteously and effectively. This can be in person, via calls, email or social media.Willingness to understand electronics in order to maintain and repair products for customers.Managing stock and sending orders to customers and larger orders to distributors.Potential travel to trade shows in UK/EU in order to work as a team and help promote the brand by speaking to customers and selling products.You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience: General Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work both as part of a small team and independently.Excellent project management skills.A can do and positive attitude.Strong attention to detail.The willingness to grow and develop in the company.Essential customer support skills:Previous experience in a customer facing role.Great telephone manner.Experience managing stock levels.Great time keeping skills.WPM of at least 40.Environmentally conscious.Desirable customer support skills:An active cyclist.A keen interest in cycling products with a strong knowledge of the cycling industry.
