Job Duties: The Employer is: REFOUND LIMITED.Responsible for instore sales ensuring customer needs are met.Process sales through POS system.Update website with new stock ranges.Process Prop Hire- calculate hire costs/ensure hire agreements are signed & processed through to office for invoicing.Ensure sales sheets are completed accurately & that all cash/receipts are processed through to office.Ensure till float is correct.Ensure that telephone/email & online enquiries are followed up promptly & efficiently.Ensure that the shop is set up each day.Ensure items being sold are clean and well presented.Process incoming stock for shop and stores.Organising/Assisting with delivery and collection of hire items.Handle customer complaints.Assist the role out & upkeep of health and safety standards.Ensure there is sufficient forms for the shop each day.Checking all equipment is working properly each day.You will be entitled to annual leave during this Job opportunity.
Qualifications / Experience: The following is desirable but not essential as training will be provided;Education to GCSE level (or equivalent).Good attention to detail.Experience in cash handling.Patience.Ability to learn on your feet.Good communication skills.Experience is customer service role.Good selling skills.IT skills.
