Job Duties: Reporting to the Landfill Manager, the Trainee Landfill Supervisor will be given the opportunity to learn new skills with the aim of successfully integrating into the business as a Permanent Landfill Supervisor.You will support the Landfill Manager by overseeing the day-to-day operations of the landfill facility as well as operating plant equipment.For a full list of duties please visit https://riverridge.co.uk/recruitment/trainee-landfill-supervisor/

Qualifications / Experience: Must have a valid licence/certificate and have at least 2 year's experience of operating one of the following machines: Digger, Dozers, Bomag Compactor, 360 excavators, Dump truckExcellent organisational skills - can prioritise effectively and is results drivenExcellent communication skills both written and verbalIT skills-competent in Microsoft Office or willing to train and develop in this areaAbility to work well on own initiativeBe self-motivatedTeam player -Ability to work well with othersFlexible approach to work hoursWilling to work in all weather conditionsWilling to work under pressure in a busy environmentWilling to commence a development programme and complete any training and development qualifications as deemed necessary for the post
