Job Duties: The Employer is: FRANK PETS.Effective communication with customers, both through online channels and over the phone. Responding to queries promptly and effectively.Working effectively as a member of the customer services team to create an excellent customer experience. Creation of content to be used in engagement with target customer market.Keeping on top of customer issues and keeping management team updated. Generating ideas to improve customer experience and solutions to persistent problems. You will be entitled to annual leave during this Job opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience: Any of the following skills would be desirable but are not mandatory. Training will be provided. Microsoft Office.Utilising online store platforms Shopify and Woo Commerce.Multimedia content creation and writing.Digital marketing on social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
