Job Duties: The successful candidate will be liaising with students, parents and student finance England to ensure our students are assessed in a timely and efficient manor.We will provide training on our in house booking system to manage student appointments.You will work alongside our UK base of needs Assessors to manage diary scheduling.You will be processing confidential special category medical evidence and therefore will be expected to undertake a Police background to check you are suitable for this role (Book my assessment will pay for this)You will be dealing with students, parents, and university staff, therefore would prefer candidates who are confident in the delivery of interpersonal interactions and can present themselves well to parents who themselves may have disability related issues.

Qualifications / Experience: Book My Assessment provides assessment of need reports to government funding bodies for students with additional needs who are entering higher education.We are currently looking to recruit an Apprentice to undertake a Customer Service role within the company which will include on the job training and off the job training 'Earn as you learn'You will work towards your Level 2 NVQ Customer Service through our preferred Apprenticeship training provider to achieve your industry recognised qualification.Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm with an agreed day release for college attendance. To qualify for the apprenticeship you must be aged 16-24 years.We will for the right candidate offer the NLW of £8.91 P/H.GCSE Numeracy, Literacy and ICT preferred but not essential.
