Job Duties: Duties to include, but not limited to:Respond to and record customer calls ensuring relevant CRM tools are updated.Work alongside the branch network to welcome and engage new customers into the business.Proactively review CRM and industry reports to identify potential sales leads, and report back.Report on project sales value versus actual project sales landed providing analysis of shortcomings.General maintenance of accurate and up to date information.Working with branch and sales staff.Identify areas for efficiency and improvement through a continuous development mind-set.
Qualifications / Experience: You will need to have:Demonstrate a passion for customer service.Prior administrative experience.Strong IT skills; Microsoft outlook, word, PowerPoint, excel and teams.Confident communicator, with the ability to articulate a high level of oral and written English.Strong interpersonal skills.High level of attention to detail.Demonstrate effective time management skills.Thorough understanding of confidentiality and discretion.Desirable:Prior experience in a similar customer service driven role would be advantageous but not essential.Experience in the use and analysis of a CRM tool.
