Job Duties: The employer is: THE BATH BUBBLE LTD. Keeping in contact with customers from point of sale, during their fitting and after job completion. Following up on or passing any queries they may have on to management. Assisting in the day to day operations of the office. Ensuring the showroom is always presentable to customers. Actively gain customer feedback and passing this information onto management. Potential opportunity to work from home provided the successful candidate has a suitable laptop and internet connection.You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.
Qualifications / Experience: Have a can-do attitude towards individual customer requests and strive to exceed customer expectations. Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive attitude. Great communication skills in order to be able to liaise with a wide range of visitors. Focused on providing good customer service. Work well in a team. Self-motivated and able to use own initiative. No previous experience required but must have a keen interest to learn.
