Job Duties: This role is to assist the General Manager in controlling the outlet according to company guide lines and assist in maximising the revenue of food and beverage by consistently providing high quality, professional and well organised service.You will be responsible for assisting the GM in implementing initiatives to drive revenue and footfall for the restaurant, implementing local marketing initiatives, creating close ties with local community and charity groups, and working with your team to deliver a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.
