Job Duties: You will be responsible for assisting the GM in implementing initiatives to drive revenue and footfall for the restaurant, implementing local marketing initiatives, creating close ties with local community and charity groups, and working with your team to deliver a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications / Experience: The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate at least one year previous experience in a similar fast paced (table service) F&B environment at Assistant Restaurant Manager level, and preferably hold an NVQ Level 3 in Hospitality Management.
