Job Duties: The General Manager role will involve taking ownership in controlling the outlet according to company guide lines, maximising revenue of food and beverage by consistently providing high quality, friendly and well organised service. You will be responsible for implementing initiatives to drive revenue and footfall for the restaurant, liaising with senior management, implementing local marketing initiatives and creating close ties with local community and charity groups.
Qualifications / Experience: Essential Criteria:2 years experience in a management position.Desirable Criteria:3 years experience in a General Management position.Access to your own transport.NVQ Level 3 in Hospitality Management.
