Job Duties: Take overall responsibility for the management, recruitment and induction of staffCollate an annual Service Plan in collaboration with team members and be accountable for its executionBe responsible for leading a team to deliver high quality mental health services
Qualifications / Experience: A registered Social Worker with the Northern Ireland Social Care Council or UK equivalent. Have an approved social work qualification or commitment to undertake post holder will be expected to undertake ASW training at time specified by the NHSCTORBe a registered Nurse on Level 1, Part 1 of the live NMC register.
