Job Duties: Demonstrate previous supervisory experience (at least 1-2 years) in a similar busy table service restaurant environment, have the ability to lead and motivate a team, are customer focused and target driven. It would also be super if you guys had experience supervising both front of house and kitchen teams, and be able to implement initiatives to increase revenue.
Qualifications / Experience: 2 years supervisor experience in a similar (busy table service) restaurantNVQ Level 3 in Hospitality Supervisor or Leadership (or similar)Level 2 or higher Food Hygiene Certificate (must be current)First Aid Certificate (must be current)
