Job Duties: To provide the highest possible standards of support and recovery orientated services to people who use our services. To assist the Manager to deliver safe, effective and efficient management of services, to develop services in line with appropriate Government, local and regional strategies.Within that context he/she will be expected to work closely with the Manager and on their own initiative.

Qualifications / Experience: A first level registered nurse on the appropriate part of the Nursing and Midwifery Council register. AND A minimum of 2 years' post qualifying experience of working in a health and social care setting with demonstrated experience of managing a range of complex needs of mental health service users. At least 1 year of this experience must be in a relevant operational management capacity, which must include the supervision of staff and financial management.Experience of using Microsoft packages to include Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Other Information: To be flexible as the role will involve working on a rota/shift basis. Day and night shifts over the week-end and on-call to meet the needs of the service.A full current driving licence and access to a car is essential.
