Job Duties: Demonstrate relevant experience of retail to include:Product knowledge and awareness of market trends.Merchandising.Managing and motivating a team in order to achieve sales targets.Using product knowledge and trend awareness to generate sales.Communication and networking both internally and external.
Qualifications / Experience: Minimum of 2 GCSE's (or equivalent) Grade C or above in English and MathsPrevious retail/customer service experience is essential Passionate about mobile phones and customer serviceExperience in the use of EPOS systemsMust be helpful and politeMust be able to work as part of a teamHigh levels of accuracy and use of grammar
