Job Duties: As a Shop Floor Manager, you will support the Store Management team in the running of the store by leading and inspiring our team to deliver the best store standards for our customers.You will also:Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through the delivery of excellent customer service and store standardsSupport the management of our teams and motivate colleagues to increase sales and ensure efficiencyProvide colleagues in the team with the appropriate skills, knowledge and trainingTo operate and deliver processes that ensure the store meets all legal requirementsHave a strong knowledge and ability to deliver KPI's

Qualifications / Experience: Ideal candidates will be enthusiastic, focused & driven team players with a passion for retail & delivering great serviceIt is essential that applicants have the following:Experience of managing a small team, in a fast paced retail environmentThe ability to think on your feet and motivate othersEffective communication skillsStrong leadership and organisation skillsA flexible approach and a 'can do' attitude
