Job Duties: As a Floor Supervisor, you will support the Floor Manager in ensuring that our team delivers the best store standards for our customers! You will also:Support the management of our teams and motivate colleagues to increase sales and ensure efficiencyProvide colleagues in the team with the appropriate skills, knowledge and trainingEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction through the delivery of excellent customer serviceOperate and deliver processes that ensure the store meets all legal requirementsPlay a vital part in continuing to make our stores a fun place to work!

Qualifications / Experience: Ideal candidates will be enthusiastic, focused & driven team players with a passion for retail & delivering great service!
