Job Duties: Leads the shift and motivates the team to drive salesFollows opening, closing & shift changeover procedures ensuring effective handoverEnsures the cleaning schedules are followed with all cleaning monitored & allocated fairlyFollowing Health & Safety/Food Safety/Statutory requirements and report to Line Manager if requiredTrains the team on brand standardsEnsures cash procedures followed by all staff
Qualifications / Experience: Team Leader/Supervisor experience within retail or hospitality sector
