Qualifications / Experience: 2 years recent retail supervisory/management experience is essentialMinimum of 2 GCSE's (or equivalent) Grade C or above in English and MathsProven experience in driving sales and profitability in storeStrong communication skills, in order to establish and coach a high-performance teamAbility to be adaptable and flexible to changing business needsPassionate about jewellery and customer serviceExperience in the use of Microsoft office packages and EPOS systemsWell presented with a positive, pro-active and professional approach
