Job Duties: The role would include responsibility of organising and preparing the chip shop and attached dessert shop as well as ensuring quality control from the fryers and also cooking. You will be leading and training the team and delegating tasks. You will be providing excellent customer service whilst dealing with customer orders through face to face, over the phone and online.Ordering and monitoring of stock, responsible for health and safety, HACCP, FSA & COSHH.

Qualifications / Experience: This position carries a high level of responsibility and would suit somebody who has worked in a similar setting within the industry.We are looking for someone who has heaps of energy and enthusiasm, somebody who is passionate about great food and hospitality. A fantastic communicator, someone who can welcome and converse with our customers whilst managing and inspiring the younger members of the team and ensuring an exceptional product is executed consistently. Working directly with the owners to ensure we are maximising our products available and working alongside the marketing manager to help create different promotions and keeping up to date with service etc.

Other Information: This is a full time position (40+ hours) with weekday and weekend hours. Day shifts start around 11am and late shifts finishing around 8pm depending on how busy the shift is.
