Job Duties: Provide effective team leadership through coaching and developing store teams.Lead and motivate your team to create an environment where every member can do their best work.Through your team, develop a culture of positive customer engagement.Build and develop a culture of continuous improvement towards all store activity.Operate and manage company procedure in relation to ordering & receiving goods, stock holding and control of waste & shrinkage.Ensure compliance of Health & Safety procedures, company policies and ensure all records are maintained to company guidelines.Effectively delegate workload and motivate your team to achieve your store's key performance indicators.Optimise store process through regular analysis and implement change.Recruit, train and develop your team, identifying potential and support succession planning.

Qualifications / Experience: Experience of leading and developing a team in a fast-paced convenience Food Retail, target-driven environment.Excellent time-management, delegation and problem-solving skills.A customer-focused manner, prioritising the customer experience at all times.Excellent communication skills so you can provide your colleagues with feedback to help develop themselves and the store.Be able to demonstrate experience of effectively managing targets and controlling costs.Commercially aware of the retail food sector and ability to utilise that knowledge to drive sales performance.Confident in the use of data provided to make sound commercial and business decisions
