Job Duties: Permanent position as Assistant Manager, willing to train the right candidate.Assisting the Store Manager with the daily running of the store.Coaching / developing the team.Ordering / Managing and Merchandising stock.Completing of staff work schedules including making arrangements for holiday and sickness cover.Liaising with Manager to ensure compliance is up to date and store standards are met.Till operation.Cash reconciliation.Liaising with suppliers / buying.Dealing with customers.Key holder.The successful candidate will be fully trained on our procedures and policies and may be required to complete some online qualifications.Position will start at just over £20,100 per year but will go up when training is completed, any extra hours worked will be paid additionally. Mon 7am - 3pm, Tues 12pm - 8pm, Thurs 5.45am - 3.30pm, Fri 5.45 am - 3pm, Sat 7.45am - 2pm. (You may be required to work additional hours to cover holidays and sickness)

Qualifications / Experience: GCSE english & maths grade c or equivalent.Previous retail experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
