Job Duties: Take a lead role in the co-ordination of all day to day activity in the bank ensuring that robust systems and procedures are in place for receiving authorized manager's requests and matching available workers to meet the needs of the service. Develop, in conjunction with the Bank Manager appropriate systems for monitoring the performance of Bank and Agency staff.

Qualifications / Experience: Relevant, Degree or recognised professional qualification or equivalent / Higher qualification AND 1 years' experience in a role involving clerical / administrative functions or direct health / social care delivery at Band 3 or above.OR HNC / HND or equivalent / higher qualification in any health or social care, business, management of administrative related field AND 2 years' experience in a role involving clerical / administrative functions or direct health / social care delivery including at least one year at Band 3 or above.
