Job Duties: The employer is : EDENGATE TRAVEL LTD.Team leader responsible for executing multiple project management tasks simultaneously while overseeing & encouraging vision & development of faith-based/Christian travel in NI, ROI, & Europe.Assist in team management, including but not limited to training, developing, & motivating.Participate in & execute operational projects as appointed by the company director within set target deadlines. Complete travel reservations from their initial request to completion while liaising with international clients & service providers in person & online.Project positive attitude with high energy, diplomacy, & creativity in work strategies. This will be done primarily via online video calls with clients, pastors & team members.Champion the development of faith-based travel in general while helping the company become a leader in this travel niche. You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity

Qualifications / Experience: Project Management qualification or equivalent is desirable.Previous project management experience successfully managing complex projects across small-medium organisations for Travel & Tourism, non-for-profit or government sectors.Relationship management skills, including developing partnerships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.Proficient at using IT applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, Sway and Google drive. initiative in upskilling with company software such as Travefy, ClickUp Project management system, Keap Infusionsoft and other CRM systems).Experience in customer service along with client, team, and budget management. Critical thinking in tour planning along with management and resource allocation. Understanding of Geography, maps, and study of locations to share with others.
