Job Duties: Manage day-to-day store operations. Recruit high calibre of staff and volunteers. Develop, train and mentor teams. Monitor KPIs to meet business objectives. Ensure adequate staffing levels for the shop to trade efficiently. Source high quality through donations and community engagement. Ensure the Gift Aid process is completed in line with audit expectations and that the team are adequately trained. Drive excellent Visual Merchandising. Act as a brand ambassador for the organisation and ensure all staff are promoting and representing the brand accordingly. Excellent customer service. Deliver exceptional standards in stock control, shrinkage, theft and loss and administration compliance. Responsible for overall Health & Safety in store. Ensure all staff are fully trained and following company policies and procedures regarding Health & Safety.

Qualifications / Experience: Retail experience - charity retail desirable but not essential. Store Manager, Assistant Manager or Supervisor level. Proven ability of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Experience in recruiting, managing and developing teams. An interest or experience in visual merchandising.
