Job Duties: As Deputy Service Manager, you'll be a role model for your team and will assist the Service Manager in delivering and developing the highest quality service for the people we support. In the absence of the Service Manager, you will assume responsibility for the day-to-day management of the service. You'll need to inspire loyalty among your team and maintain positive, professional working relationships with key people inside and outside Positive Futures and demonstrate creativity and imagination in delivering on our unique approach to meeting the needs of the people we support and their families and carers.

Qualifications / Experience: Minimum Level 3 Health & Social Care related qualification and 2 year's experience working in a Health and Social Care setting OR 4 year's experience working in a Health and Social Care setting 2 years management / supervisory experience Current registration with NISCC or be eligible for registration on appointmentFull, valid driving licence or an ability to travel independently to meet the requirements of the post.
