Job Duties: As a member of the Executive Director of Nursing, Midwifery and AHP's Senior Team, s/he will participate fully in the corporate management, decision making, planning and strategy development for the nursing and midwifery workforce, and provide strong advice and direction across all Directorates to contribute to the overall effectiveness of the organisation and provide assurance regarding the nursing and midwifery workforce.S/he will be required to make decisions in a confident manner within and across all Trust Directorates in relation to the nursing and midwifery workforce, building diverse perspectives into cohesive action that contributes to effective ways of working and organisational culture.
Qualifications / Experience: Registered Nurse, currently on the live NMC Register with a Degree in Nursing or a Health related subject.Minimum of 2 years' experience working in a senior management position.( Equivalent to an 8A post or above).
