Job Duties: Duties and ResponsibilitiesTraining and development of all staff to furnish them with the skills necessary to undertake duties in any of the Bar and Restaurant functions.Organise, control and direct all the staff in ensuring maximum guest satisfaction.Responsible for invoking the disciplinary procedure when required.Responsible for all key area's under your direct control.Deal tactfully with any complaints.Co-ordinate the work of all Bars, Restaurant and Function Rooms.All duties will be carried out in the working conditions normally inherent in the present job.Duties will be carried out for jobs up to and including those at the same grade, provided such duties are within the competence of the employee.All necessary administration will be completed.Be aware of Health and Safety and Security and Hygiene procedures.All other duties as required by General Manager

Qualifications / Experience: GCSE's including Maths & English.Minimum 3 years' experience in similar role within the hospitality sector.Higher level qualification in hospitality is desirable but not essential.
