Job Duties: Main responsibilities of the role will include supporting & developing Area Produce Champions, setting targets and supporting the training needs identified in our Henderson Retail stores. The successful candidate will have a flair for merchandising and a creative approach, while communicating new thoughts and ideas to the wider team.The role will also include monitoring performances of Fresh Food sales, profitability and sales participation and making recommendations for improvement where required.Please note that this role will require travel to all Henderson Retail Ltd stores throughout Northern Ireland, so access to your own mode of transport is essential.

Qualifications / Experience: Essential Criteria:Full driving licence.Computer literate with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft office applications, in particular Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.Experience within Fresh Food retail sector at management level for a minimum of 3 years.
