Job Duties: To provide leadership to the FPS payment functions (excluding Pharmaceutical), access to health, medical registrations and screening programmes to ensure delivery of effective, efficient and economic services.To lead the delivery of the processes and procedures required to provide payments, entitlement, medical registrations and screening programmes to all relevant stakeholders, including Department of Health (DoH), HSCB, PHA, Contractors (General Practitioners, General Dental Practitioners and Optometrists), and service users.Please visit www.jobs.hscni.net to see Job Description and Personnel Specification.

Qualifications / Experience: A university degree OR professional qualification with three years experience at a senior management level in a large complex organisation*which demonstrates evidence of leading the planning and execution of change management and/or delivery of continuous improvement in services while maintaining appropriate standards to include: i) Management of complex data, and ii) Managing and prioritising competing multiple projects within a constrained level of resources.Please visit www.jobs.hscni.net to see Job Description and Personnel Specification.
