Job Duties: As a Shop Floor Manager, you will support the Store Management team in the running of the store by leading and inspiring our team to deliver the best store standards for our customers.You will also:Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through the delivery of excellent customer service and store standardsSupport the management of our teams and motivate colleagues to increase sales and ensure efficiencyProvide colleagues in the team with the appropriate skills, knowledge and trainingTo operate and deliver processes that ensure the store meets all legal requirementsHave a strong knowledge and ability to deliver KPI's

Other Information: We are currently recruiting for a Shop Floor Manager to join our team in Riverside Retail Park, Coleraine, Londonderry. This is a full time, permanent position and requires the flexibility to work shifts in the daytime, evenings and at weekends.
