Job Duties: As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for the cash office and checkout area, ensuring that the highest standards of service are provided for our customers.You will also:Drive a team to deliver personable, polite and prompt service in the checkout areaAct as a role model displaying exceptional service to our customersBe highly visible and approachable to customers and colleaguesCoach colleagues to ensure they demonstrate the appropriate skills and knowledge in the checkout areaEnsure compliance of company stock control procedures within the appropriate timelinesEnsure company property, cash and stock are secure at all timesPlay a vital part in continuing to make our stores a fun place to work!
Qualifications / Experience: Ideal candidates will be enthusiastic, focused & driven team players with a passion for retail & delivering great service! It is essential that applicants have the following:Experience of managing a small team, in a fast paced retail environmentStrong numerical and problem solving skills
