Job Duties: To work in a manner that reflects the principles of the Children (NI) Order 1995, Childrens Homes Regulations (1996), Trust Policy and Procedures for Looked After Children and the DHSS Quality Living Standards for Services to children living in a Childrens Home.To participate in the pre-admission planning process and other key stages in the stay of all children including at discharge so they are properly planned and organised, and reflect the decisions recorded in an individuals care plan.Please visit www.jobs.hscni.net to see Job Description and Personnel Specification.
