Job Duties: Key responsibilities in this role will include developing and implementing business plans to continually develop our Post Office estate and people plans to develop our teams working within them. The successful candidate will ensure the highest level of customer service, delivered in line with Post Office Ltd. Standards and ensure all relevant policies and processes are adhered to in order to ensure the security of people, stock, and cash. They will assist in the writing, control, and monitoring of budgets.

Qualifications / Experience: Our ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate the following essential criteria:Full driving licenceProven recent experience from the retail sector, you'll already be a multi-site Area Manager or a high-performing, successful Manager with at least three years in the roleStrong track record of success in the retail sector, improving operational efficiency, delivering standards of excellence and leading, inspiring and motivating store teams to maximise resultsA passion for continuous improvement, always looking for ways for the experience we offer to be enhanced and grown.Essential skills and attributes:Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint & Outlook.The following criteria are advantageous for our ideal candidate to have but are not essential:Diploma of Higher EducationCommercial awareness of the postal marketplaceWorking knowledge in the operation of Post Office
