Job Duties: Take responsibility for ensuring that the vision, strategic and operational plans for Acute Child and Adolescent mental health services are safe and effective and, are communicated to all staff for whom the post holder has responsibility and the Acute CAMHS teams in the other 4 Trusts.Take responsibility for ensuring active partnership between CAMHS steps of care and stakeholders in meeting the needs of service user.
Qualifications / Experience: Hold a relevant university degree or recognised professional qualification or equivalent qualification and 2 years' experience in a senior role or have at least 5 years' experience in a senior role.Have a minimum of 1 years' experience in a lead role delivering objectives which have led to a significant improvement in service
