Job Duties: Job Purpose:To manage the provision of the catering service in line with the contracted specification ensuring that all food safety and health and safety legislation is adhered to.
Qualifications / Experience: 3 Years Supervisory / Management experience in hospitality settingSupport the cook / FSA teamLevel 2 Food Safety
