Job Duties: As Catering Manager / Supervisor you will be responsible for the smooth running of the unit. You will be responsible for the delivery and development of Retail Catering, Hospitality, and School Meals Services for the site with the management of the Autograph Brand Standards. To lead and develop the people plan, managing and controlling staffing levels, in line with Mitie's expectations and controls.
Qualifications / Experience: 3 years catering/hospitality experienceLevel 2 Food Safety and/or Level 3 Food Safety
