Job Duties: You will manage all aspects of the day-to-day operations within the store, including sales, staffing, volunteers, customer experience, security, health & safety, stock, and people management. You will be responsible for ensuring the store meets and exceeds targets, KPIs and objectives. Analysing the business to establish where improvements can be made. Recruiting, training, coaching and managing staff in line with company policies. Providing leadership to the team through leading by example, and role modelling. You will be required to source high quality stock to ensure your store is as self-sufficient as possible. Drive excellent Visual Merchandising in store to engage, inspire and educate the consumer. Ensure the appearance of the shop internally and externally is in line with brand standards. Act as a brand ambassador for the organisation and ensure all staff are promoting and representing the brand accordingly.

Qualifications / Experience: Previous retail experience.Experience in working in charity retail (desirable but not essential).Currently working at Store Manager, Assistant Manager or Supervisor level.Proven ability of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Experience in managing a team.Experience in interviewing, recruiting, and training of new employees.Experience in Visual Merchandising (desirable).
