Job Duties: To provide leadership and direction to the planning and delivery of eye care services.To provide managerial leadership to the Northern Ireland Eyecare Network and coordinate the work of all participating organisations involved in the planning, development and provision of eye care services.

Qualifications / Experience: A degree or professional qualification at graduate level or equivalent and 3 years' experience of successful project/partnership/network management of a similar scale or complexity OR 5 years' experience of successful project/partnership/network management of a similar scale or complexity.Have a high level of ICT, administrative and presentation skills (verbal and written) IT skills including the ability to use data to prepare reports, inform decision making and service improvement. This should include ability to set up and run reports using a variety of programmes.
