Job Duties: As Guest Service Manager, responsibilities include, upselling the hotel and local area plus overseeing a busy reception area.You will be dealing with guests checking in/out, enquiries, whilst also having the experience to work in the bar, kitchen and restaurant areas and managing the team.Being flexible within your role supporting any department in line with business demands.
Qualifications / Experience: We are looking for someone who can communicate well with others, can carry out instructions, is able to pay close attention to detail and will commit to providing outstanding service to our guests. The successful applicant for this role will deliver excellent customer service, have a positive can do attitude, be willing to learn and show that they care.18+ due to licensing laws.Previous experience in hospitality is preferable along with experience in a management role.
