Job Duties: Duties and Responsibilities:This role includes the following duties & responsibilities:Provide a high standard of service to all customers at any given time, by leading your team and inspiring great performance.To ensure consistently high standards of Quality, Presentation, Health & Safety, Security, and Due Diligence.To carry out food safety control checks in all areas to ensure all standards are being maintained and recorded.To prepare and cook all food in line with company procedure and Health and Safety regulations.To ensure a high standard of cleanliness in the FTG Department (front and back) is maintained at all times.To manage the commercial performance of the deli department, in line with agreed budgets and targets.

Qualifications / Experience: The Ideal Candidate will have:A passion for food with a proven track record for delivering a fantastic customer experience in a similar role. You'll have at least 1 year's experience in a serviced food role, and you'll see your role as a profession, helping us to develop dailyDeli as a key destination for food on the go.You'll have at least 6 month's experience in leading a team.A positive attitude and a love for people you'll inspire and motivate your team to be the best. Creative flair and an eye for detail, ensuring that excellent presentation and standards are maintained.Knowledge of Food Safety practices and procedures- you'll have minimum Level 2 qualification in Food Safety.Commercial Awareness, and ability to deliver on Key Performance Indicators such as sales, costs and profitability.So, if you're passionate about great food, great people and exceptional service, we would love to meet you.
